I'm a mom of two ages 8 & 6, a wife and a health and wellness coach. I love to help people from all walks of life get on track and become the healthiest & happiest they've been! I personally have lost over 30 lbs by eating clean, drinking Shakeology and using Beachbody's at home fitness programs (Insanity, PiYo & 21 Day Fix).
